Without this guy, there simply wouldn't be a The Red Brotherhood. Althorax and Synelle met each other in a guild called Ronin which was later disbanded because the President of Ronin left rubi-ka. Althorax then formed The Red Brotherhood in 2003 with a few friends from Ronin, and gave the guild as a present to Synelle. Synelle was already active in another guild at that time so she didn't join TRB at once, but Althorax didn't give up and a bit later she joined him in TRB and she was given leadership. At the same time they got married ingame and became the first TRB couple to get married on rubi-ka. We all owe Althorax a big thank you for not giving up as our guild took its first unsteady steps. That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for The Red Brotherhood. The rest is history.

The one and only legend Synelle, who only a few of our veterans who is still on rubi-ka knows. She transformed The Red Brotherhood from a small group of people into a real guild, and wrote down the first set of rules which we still have today. The first rule still stands there as our most important rule and something we can identify us with : "Need before greed". She started many of our traditions which we still try to live up to today, like our beloved auctions where every member get 50 points each to use on whatever they like. She also arranged our first meetings, guild quests and org raids, so we can easily say she is our true pioneer and showed us that everything was possible. The quote at our website which says "There is always a way, if the desire be coupled with courage", was a quote she brought to us and we are still sticking to it. Originally she was a soldier, but she made a doctor and used her as main because TRB didn't have any docs for raids. Very unselfish and always putting the guild first. She was the reason to why we started to talk about the TRB spirit, something we like to think is very unique and which is our foundation. She gave so much of herself and asked all the others to do the same, so to finish with her own words : "Give what you can. No one will expect more, and no one should expect less."

Autumn 2004 was the beginning of a dark period for The Red Brotherhood. President Synelle left without a word which pushed TRB on the edge of breaking down, and this resulted in many members leaving the guild. Reshertr stepped up as a saviour in a dark time, and made sure that the guild was not disbanded and did what he could to keep it going. He promoted the right persons and made a strong leadership, and suddenly the guild status had changed from almost dead to active. This period was very challenging but also very fun, and we started to do raids we could only dream about earlier because they were too tough for us and seemed impossible to accomplish at that time. We did them all for the first time in guilds history, and when looking back this was probably one of the most exciting periods in our history and it made a very strong guild feeling and spirit in TRB. We also built our first city during this period, which was located in Athen Shire. Everything was new, we started with empty hands again.. and we did it! We owe Reshertr a big thank you for this achievement and for finding motivation when many would've given up.
